Definition The MoreAware Program creates a plan for periodic inspections and preventative maintenance of key devices found in your network, thus preempting potential issues and providing enough warning to reduce surprise expenses and untimely outages.
This is a proactive preventative maintenance program only and does not include network admiistration, proactive monitoring, or corrective maintenance activities in the price of the agreement.

Definition The MoreSupport program is our entry-level reactive managed services program, designed to monitor and report on the critical health status of key network devices and applications.
Although the MoreSupport program does not promise to reduce the number of downtime occurences, it should serve to dramatically reduce the time from a network failure to overall issue resolution, resulting in increased employee productivity and cost savings.
This program does not include network administration, preventative or corrective maintenance activities in the price of the agreement.

Definition The MoreCare Program is our mid-level proactive managed services program designed to predict and prevent network failures through a combination of 2 important activities:
- Comprehensive, higher quality monitoring, and
- Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance tasks focused on supporting critical network devices.
Through the combination of both comprehensive monitoring and preventative maintenance activities, the MoreCare Program reduces the business impact of IT failure by minimizing both the occurrences of IT failure and the duration of any remaining IT failures, thus resulting in a highly reliable and stable network.
This program does not include corrective maintenance activities in the price of the agreement.

Definition The PowerServe Program is a fully-managed program incorporating all elements of the MoreSupport and MoreCare programs (with the exception of some secutiy activities that do not apply to the needs of the client).
This program is designed to minimize, predict, and prevent IT failures. And in cases where a failure occurs, to provide corrective action.
This program includes all aspects of network administration, predictive and performance monitoring, and preventative and corrective activities in the price of the agreement.

Definition The PowerAssist Program provides the client's IT staff with access to the PowerWatch dashboard which provides a 'window' into the organization's network, thus allowing staff engineers to view, predict and prevent device failures within the network.
This program can also incorporate overflow and out-sourced services to augment the organizations current skill set.
